We would definitely recommend Bill Dawson as a builder.  After looking for over a year for a home that would give us space, but wouldn't require lots of maintenance, we found the perfect home in Marshview Landing.  There isn't another community in our area like it. We purchased a model that Bill Dawson had built and was showing in July 09.  We were immediately drawn to the functional layout and the great details in the house.  The kitchen had lots of counterspace and cabinets.  We loved the granite countertop and the fixtures.  The entire home is great quality and built to last.  Bill has been great abouit responding to our questions and needs as we settled in.  If you are looking for a reasonably priced, quality home, we highly recommend Bill Dawson to you!  Heidei and David Stark
